What is ERPNext, in short?
ERPNext is open source enterprise resource planning (ERP) software. Accounting, inventory, sales, purchasing, manufacturing and more share one database, and HR and payroll are added with the Frappe HR app. You no longer need a separate program for each department.
Is ERPNext suitable for small and midsize companies?
Yes. You can start with a few modules, such as accounting and inventory, and add others as the business grows, without moving to a new system later.
Can the system be customized for my business?
Yes. We adjust forms, reports, permissions and approval workflows to your procedures, whether you run a factory, a trading business, a service company or a contracting firm. Anything the settings can’t cover, we build.
How long does implementation take?
That depends on your company size, how many modules you need and how much data you are bringing over. Every project runs through analysis, setup, data migration and training, then go-live and support. You get a timeline from us once we have studied your requirements.
Does ERPNext support Arabic and invoicing requirements in Saudi Arabia?
Yes. ERPNext runs in Arabic with a right-to-left interface. Saudi e-invoicing requirements are handled through a compliance app added to ERPNext, which we set up during implementation along with the tax settings that apply to you.
